Our counsellors are just a phone call away. Youth don’t have to come to our facility – we can meet them in the community to hear what’s on their minds and to offer support and resources over a soda and fries at a local restaurant.

Recognizing that youth are not always in the position to get themselves around, IMPACT counsellors can help youth get to appointments that support their well-being. Where indicated, we can also coordinate additional care, such as mental health practitioners, early psychosis intervention, legal advocates, detox, treatment, relapse prevention or many other types of services that a youth might need to meet them where they are – figuratively and literally.
