The program helps immigrant women living in different areas around Calgary practice English and build friendships.

- Field trips and guest speakers
The program is available to all immigrant women including those who are Canadian citizens.
The program provides weekly 2 hour workshops from September to June in the following locations:
- Beddington
- Bowness
- Chinatown
- Downtown
- Edgemont
- Fish Creek
- Marda Loop
- Manchester
- Ogden
- Penbrooke
- Saddletowne
- Shawnessy
- Thornhill
- Varsity
- Village Square
- Westbrook
