CMHA is a registered not-for-profit charitable organization that promotes the mental health of all people while supporting individuals and families who are experiencing mental illness. Our vision is mentally healthy people in a healthy society.

We provide a wide range of mental health & suicide prevention education, support, and systems navigation services for all ages across southeastern Alberta.
