The POST is a second-hand store run by the Canadian Mental Health Association which provides a supported work environment for many individuals who are experiencing mental health issues. Proceeds generated at The POST remain in the community and are used to fund CMHA programs and services. While the store has paid staff, it relies heavily on its unpaid volunteers to operate.
