ISP serves youth in the criminal justice system that are at risk of progressing to a custodial sentence without support in their community and also works with youth who are serving one-third of a custodial sentence in their community. It provides programming that reflects the youth’s strengths and struggles with self, family relations, substance abuse, education/employment, and positive community involvement.
