RCC has on average six to eight interpreters on staff hired on term contracts. The interpreter’s role is to support the refugees with their care at RCC and to navigate the healthcare system. Languages supported include: Arabic, Nepali, Bhutanese, Swahili, Burmese, Karen, Tigrinya, Somali, Amharic, French and Spanish.
